Globo grabs Evil from CBS

Evil was recently renewed for a second season by CBS

Brazilian broadcaster Globo has struck a deal with CBS Studios International to add drama series Evil to its streaming service, GloboPlay.

Evil follows a psychologist, a priest-in-training and a contractor as they investigate the Church’s backlog of unexplained mysteries. It was recently renewed for a second season at US broadcast network CBS.

The series is produced by CBS Television Studios in association with King Size Productions, with Loz Glotzer executive producing alongside creators Robert and Michelle King (The Good Wife).

Evil will be available on GloboPlay from November 1. It was recently picked up in Spain by Syfy.
