Fremantle promotes Erica Gadecki, Andy Olymbiou to exec VP roles in US

Fremantle has promoted Erica Gadecki to executive VP of partnership solutions and Andy Olymbiou to exec VP of finance for the company’s US operations.

Gadecki, previously senior VP of brand partnerships and integrated marketing at Fremantle, originally joined the RTL Group-owned production and distribution giant in 2008 as part of the live events and entertainment unit. This has since become known as Fremantle’s partnership solutions team.

Under her leadership, the group now drives all commercial activities around Fremantle’s IP to create revenue-generating partnerships, including brand partnerships, branded entertainment, gaming and live events.

The past year has seen Gadecki and her team strike a multi-year partnership with BetMGM, providing the gambling giant with exclusive intellectual property rights to develop and use Fremantle’s The Price is Right and Family Feud brands in its online games.

Most recently, she forged a partnership with cruise line Royal Caribbean to produce the first America’s Got Talent stage show at sea, which will premiere this summer.

Olymbiou has been with Fremantle since 2022, serving as senior VP of financial planning and analysis. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s financial strategy and performance, leading all financial outcomes across the organisation in the US.

His expanded responsibilities include deeper collaboration with creative and production teams, as well as business leaders.
