Fremantle lands Butterfly in Italy

Butterfly depicts the relationship between separated parents

Fox Italia has picked up UK drama Butterfly and German scripted series Beck is Back from Fremantle.

Butterfly (3×60’) is an emotional miniseries created by the UK’s Red Productions for ITV. The series is from screenwriter Tony Marchant and stars Anna Friel in a story about the complex relationship between separated parents.

Beck is Back (10×60’) is a 10-parter produced by Germany’s UFA Fiction for RTL Germany. It follows a father of four and househusband who finds himself looking after his kids alone when his wife cheats on him and he throws her out.
