France’s Studio Hari recruits former Jetpack exec Sophie ‘Kido’ Prigent as head of sales

Grizzy & the Lemmings producer Studio Hari has appointed Jetpack Distribution‘s former head of global sales Sophie ‘Kido’ Prigent to oversee its distribution strategy.

Prigent joins Paris-based Studio Hari as head of sales having recently left the UK’s Jetpack Distribution, which she joined in 2019, as revealed by C21.

Prior to that she was territory manager at WildBrain (then known as DHX Media) having begun her career in the kids’ industry in 2010 with Cookie Jar, which was later acquired by DHX.

Studio Hari develops, produces and distributes animated projects dedicated to children and families around the world across TV and digital media platforms.

It is currently in production on the fourth season of slapstick comedy Grizzy & the Lemmings, which is available on Netflix where it has been in the top 10 TV shows in more than 60 territories. Studio Hari’s other projects include Mystery Lane and The Weasy Family.

Josselin Charier, who co-founded Studio Hari with Antoine Rodelet, said: “Hari is starting a new chapter and we’re lucky to benefit from Kido’s expertise and tremendous experience in the industry at such a key moment.
