Fox commissions S2 of hitman series Memory of a Killer

NEWS BRIEF: US broadcast network Fox has renewed crime thriller drama Memory of a Killer for a second series.

Produced by Warner Bros Television and Fox Entertainment, it stars Patrick Dempsey (Grey’s Anatomy) as a New York hitman and family man struggling to keep his two lives separate. Michael Thorn, president, Fox Television Network, said: “Memory of a Killer has become a true standout with visceral performances. [Showrunners] Aaron Zelman, Glenn Kessler, and our partners at Warner Bros Television have delivered a sharp, emotional character-driven thriller that’s clearly landed with viewers, and we’re excited to continue that success together in season two.”
