Former UBBA talent agent Rosalie Cimino to lead Anonymous/Federation as MD

Anonymous/Federation, the joint venture between US-based Anonymous Content and France’s Federation Studios, has appointed Rosalie Cimino as MD and producer.

The former talent agent will lead the Paris-based company, working closely with Federation’s Pascal Breton, Lionel Uzan and Patrick Wachsberger and Anonymous Content’s Dawn Olmstead, David Levine and David Davoli. She begins the role on January 30.

Anonymous Content’s slate includes When it Melts, the directorial debut from Belgian actress Veerle Baetens. The feature is set to screen in competition at Sundance Film Festival, which kicked off on Thursday.

More broadly, the production company develops and produces TV and film content across fiction and documentary.

Cimino joins the company after a decade at French talent agency UBBA, where she was an agent and a partner. Before that she spent eight years at another French talent agency, Intertalent. During her career, she has represented the likes of Matthias Schoenaerts, Mélanie Thierry, Laure de Clermont-Tonnerre, Albert Dupontel and François-Xavier Demaison.

“Rosalie brings her longtime expertise to Anonymous/Federation alongside her ability to source new talents as well as her capacity to develop and support large-scale projects with creators and leading actors,” said Anonymous/Federation, which officially launched in November 2021.

Anonymous Content’s roster of international joint ventures also includes AC Nordic, AC Brazil and Chapter One in the UK. All of the joint venture companies are overseen by Davoli, Anonymous Content’s president of international.
