Flamman’s departure after 14 years means Patricia Hidalgo, senior VP, chief content and creative officer for kids will now report to president TBS Europe Giorgio Stock.

Turner said these changes complete a “significant reorganisation” of its senior leadership team in EMEA, which most recently saw Humphrey Black and Ian McDonough taking up roles at the company from Disney and BBC Worldwide respectively.

Jamie Friend, VP corporate strategy and insights, and Johanne Broadfield, VP licensing and merchandising will also now report to Stock, working in collaboration with senior VP finance Aksel van der Wal.

TBS president of international, Gerhard Zeiler, gave Flamman responsibility for Turner’s EMEA kids business, bringing together editorial, commercial and operational strategy and activities, in 2012 as part the former RTL Group CEO’s review of the company’s EMEA business.

Turner further realigned part of its EMEA business earlier this year, resulting in the departure of its MD in Spain and Portugal.

The US media giant currently broadcasts 73 channels showcasing 18 brands in 23 languages to 124 countries in EMEA. Its brands include Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Cartoonito, Boing, CNN International and general entertainment channels TNT, TCM and Glitz.
