Flame shops Attenborough’s Life in Colour

Flame will distribute Life in Colour outside of the UK

Australian sales house Flame Distribution has secured global distribution rights to three-part documentary series Life in Colour With David Attenborough.

The wildlife series was jointly commissioned by global streamer Netflix, UK pubcaster the BBC and Australia’s Nine Network and streamer Stan. Flame will now handle distribution in all territories outside the UK.

Debuting on the BBC this weekend, Life in Colour With David Attenborough is a coproduction between UK prodco Humble Bee Films and Australia’s Sealight Pictures. The docuseries sees naturalist Sir David Attenborough travel around the world, from the Scottish Highlands to Costa Rican rainforests, to reveal the ways animals use colour.

It is exec produced by Stephen Dunleavy of Humble Bee and Colette Beaudry of Sealight.
