Fitz called in for new season

A fourth season of Canadian comedy Call Me Fitz has gone into production, with 10 new episodes set to air next year.

HBO Canada and DirecTV’s Audience Network in the US are both currently airing season three of the half-hour sitcom, which follows the misadventures of a used-car salesman as he battles his conscience.

It is produced by Entertainment One (eOne), Amaze Film & Television and Big Motion Pictures, together with Astral’s The Movie Network (Eastern Canada) and Corus Entertainment’s Movie Central (Western Canada).

Creator and showrunner Sheri Elwood exec produces with Amaze’s Teza Lawrence, eOne’s Michael Souther, John Morayniss and Michael Rosenberg, and Big’s David MacLeod.

EOne also distributes Call Me Fitz, which airs in 82 countries.
