NEWS BRIEF: New York-based studio and streaming network FilmRise has secured non-exclusive North American English- and Spanish-language distribution rights to content from kids’ and family company WildBrain.

The deal includes more than 900 episodes across 10 children’s programmes for distribution to AVoD and FAST platforms. The content, which includes shows like Strawberry Shortcake and Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego?, will also be featured on the FilmRise Kids Channel.
