Federation ties up Far East deals

Pan-European drama Around The World in 80 Days

NEWS BRIEF: Chinese VOD service Wing Sight and South Korean OTT service Watcha have picked up big-budget pan-European drama Around The World in 80 Days from French distributor Federation Entertainment.

The deal is part of a raft of sales into Asia secured by Federation. Thriller series Bad Banks and drama Made in Italy have gone to Chinese service Blue Media, while Bad Banks has also sold to Now TV in Hong Kong and Macao, and Showtime drama Your Honor has gone to Wowow in Japan.
