Disney EMEA senior VP Nami Patel takes on expanded role to include consumer strategy

London-based Disney exec Nami Patel has taken on the expanded role of senior VP of consumer strategy and business development, direct-to-consumer, EMEA.

Patel was previously senior VP of strategy and business development, EMEA. In her new role, she will focus on driving the growth and long-term evolution of Disney+ in EMEA, exploring new market entries and developing new ways to expand and enhance the Disney+ experience for consumers.

She will also work on Disney+’s direct-to-consumer content proposition, including building new content partnerships and leading local content acquisitions.
