D360 ghost series travels

Discovery-owned US cablenet Destination America has picked up further episodes of supernatural series Ghostly Encounters from Canada’s Distribution360 (D360).

The fourth season (18×30’) of the show, which is produced by Wraith Films and investigates supernatural encounters, recently aired on Destination America.

MarbleMedia sales subsidiary D360 has also sold more than 250 hours of programming across all continents.

Globosat in Brazil has picked up the first two seasons of lifestyle series Leave it to Bryan, produced by Si Entertainment. The fourth run of the show has also gone to Foxtel in Australia, while Stars Media has picked up the first three seasons for Serbia, Bosnia, Albania and Macedonia.

Foxtel in Australia has also taken the first seasons of Tessa & Scott, produced by media headquarters, and Tackle My Reno, from Si Entertainment.

On the kids and family side, the first three seasons of Atomic Betty (Skywriter and Entertainment Group) have been acquired by BBC Kids Canada and P&R Permissions & Rights.

WHYJ in South Korea has secured rights to Cuppa Coffee Studios’ Bruno and the Banana Bunch. Tigga and Togga, from Cuppa Coffee Studios and TVO Kids, has been taken by Bomanbridge for China (SMIT for subscription VoD).

D360 has also sold the first season of This is Scarlett and Isaiah, produced by Sinking Ship Entertainment and Marblemedia, to Euro Comm (Korean Airlines), WHYJ (South Korea) and Media Relations Co (Kuwait TV). The first season of YOUniverse, from Victory Arts, has gone to P&R Permissions & Rights (Serbia).
