Croatia’s HRT snaps up ITV formats Beat the Chasers, The Voice Kids

Beat the Chasers is a spin-off of quiz show The Chase

Croatian pubcaster HRT has signed a multi-format deal with ITV Studios for content including quiz show Beat the Chasers.

The agreement sees HRT air local versions of both Beat the Chasers and talent show The Voice Kids for the first time, as well as bring back The Voice for two more seasons.

There have also been commissions for nostalgic retrospective series A Year to Remember, plus an 11th season of Love My County, which celebrates Croatian culture.

“All of the ITV Studios shows at HRT are well-received by the audiences,” said Mario Sedmak, head of HRT’s entertainment department of Croatian television. “We are confident this will be the same for the brand-new commissioned formats A Year to Remember and Beat the Chasers.”
