Corus boards Sinking Ship sitcom

Canadian broadcaster Corus Entertainment is developing a single-camera sitcom about teenage gamers with Toronto-based Sinking Ship Entertainment.

Created by Vivieno Caldinelli and Mark De Angelis, 4Player is aimed at eight- to 12-year-olds and follows a rag-tag group of teenagers who triumph at video games but are less successful at real life.

Caldinelli and De Angelis have previously worked with Sinking Ship Entertainment on the children’s series Odd Squad, while the pair most recently collaborated on web series Bill & Sons Towing.
