Corden’s Fulwell 73 builds out exec ranks with raft of hires, promotions

James Corden’s prodco Fulwell 73 Productions has appointed Ryann Lauckner as chief strategy and operating officer as the London- and LA-based label expands its executive ranks on both sides of the Atlantic.

Ryann Lauckner

Lauckner was previously chief strategy officer for the Asylum Entertainment Group. She has been charged with overseeing US operations and company strategy, plus driving business development and partnership opportunities. This comes after Fulwell took a minority stake in Jesse Collins Entertainment last year.

Based in LA, Lauckner will report to Fulwell partners Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner and Corden.

Meanwhile, Fulwell’s former head of unscripted Emma Conway has been upped to executive VP of unscripted programming. She will oversee development strategy in both LA and the UK.

Murray James has been promoted to UK creative director for unscripted from his previous position as head of the factual entertainment department. He will oversee creative standards and brand management.

Fulwell has also hired Paul Loban as senior VP of US unscripted development, charged with managing the LA-based team. He previously served as head of development for Grandma’s House Entertainment.

Fulwell 73 produces shows such as Carpool Karaoke: The Series for AppleTV+, The Late Late Show with James Corden for CBS and The Kardashians for Hulu.

“No one does event-level live and unscripted content like Fulwell 73. I look forward to growing the company’s footprint,” said Lauckner.

In a joint statement, the Fulwell partners said: “We are thrilled to welcome Ryann and Paul to the Fulwell team and are confident of the mark they will leave on our company, programmes and partnerships.”
