Comedy Central renews Rumpus comedies

Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains is back for a second run

ViacomCBS-owned Comedy Central in the UK has renewed a comedy panel show fronted by Welsh comedian Rhod Gilbert and a topical television round-up show hosted by Jon Richardson for second seasons.

Rhod Gilbert’s Growing Pains (12×60’) invites three celebrity guests to re-visit their teenage years and share stories of awful first kisses, fashion disasters and jaw-dropping juvenile japes.

Channel Hopping with Jon Richardson (6×60’) sees the comedian present a weekly digest of the world’s wildest television, alongside a celebrity guest and resident television fanatic Judi Love.

Both series are produced by UK-based indie Rumpus Media.
