CJ ENM agrees French first-look deal with WeMake

MIPTV: South Korea’s CJ ENM and French prodco WeMake have struck a first-look deal to collaborate on producing formats in France on the first day of MipTV.

CJ ENM will continue to seek out production opportunities for the French marketplace alongside WeMake and its partners. Diane Min, head of format sales at CJ ENM, said: “CJ ENM is eagerly looking forward to create great synergy with WeMake to seek for new exciting opportunities in France. Our line up have proven the K-content power that can awe audiences worldwide, and with our collaboration, we have no doubt that our formats will touch the hearts of French audiences as well.”
