Cineflix Rights extends lease on Property Brothers series

NEWS BRIEF: London-based distributor Cineflix Rights has acquired two recently announced HGTV Canada property series from Scott Brothers Entertainment, adding to its slate as the distribution home of the global Property Brothers franchise.

Property Brothers: Commitment Issues (working title, 14×60′) and Top of the Block (40×30′) see twins Jonathan and Drew Scott using their real-estate expertise to help homeowners. Giuliana Benvenuto, senior manager of acquisitions for North America at Cineflix Rights, said Property Brothers is one of the company’s bestselling franchises.
