Cineflix Rights closes Property Brothers Lat Am deals

NEWS BRIEF: Costa Rican network Teletica has acquired seasons three and four of Property Brothers, while Uruguay’s Canal 4 has taken season five of the show, which is made by Cineflix Productions for HGTV US and HGTV Canada.

The two broadcasters become the latest free TV networks to buy the franchise, following a deal with TVN in Chile. Daniel Rodriguez, sales consultant for Latin America and Hispanic US at Cineflix Rights, brokered the deals and said negotiations are underway with buyers in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil.
