Christian Darkin named Deep Fusion AI head

Christian Darkin will be head of creative AI at Deep Fusion Films

NEWS BRIEF: UK indie Deep Fusion Films has appointed Christian Darkin to the role of head of creative AI, as it continues to build its senior team.

Darkin is the owner of London-based CGI and VFX outfit Anachronistic Animation and will now lead integration of artificial intelligence software in Deep Fusion’s unscripted slate. The company’s projects include a feature documentary about British Formula 1 racing champion James Hunt and another celebrating the 90th anniversary of Hammer Films.
