Channel 5 shoots for the moon with BBC Studios

Documentary Dara Ó Briain: Secrets of Our Moon

NEWS BRIEF: Paramount-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 has commissioned Dara Ó Briain: Secrets of Our Moon (working title) to be produced by the BBC Studios Science Unit.

The 2×60’ doc will see comedian, writer and amateur astronomer Ó Briain explore all aspects of the moon. It was commissioned by Denise Seneviratne, commissioning editor for non-scripted UK originals Channel 5/Paramount and developed by BBC Studios’ creative director for UK unscripted Emma Lorenz.
