NEWS BRIEF: Paramount-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 has commissioned Great British Cities with Susan Calman, a new series from Leeds-based Entertainment One-backed Daisybeck Studios.

The 6×60′ series will see the Scottish presenter and comedian uncover the stories of Liverpool, Bath, Cambridge, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow. Channel 5 has also commissioned Daisybeck to make a new 8×60′ season of Cruising With Susan Calman, which returns later this year.
