Channel 5 checks into Ricochet’s Toy Hospital

NEWS BRIEF: Paramount-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 has commissioned The Toy Hospital, a new 6×60’ antique makeover show from Ricochet, maker of BBC hit format The Repair Shop.

The 6×60’ series sees people bring classic, broken toys from their youth to a team of experts for repair and renovation in one of the hospital’s specialist wards. It is based on an original idea from C5 director of programmes Ben Frow and commissioning editor Kit Morey. Warner Bros International Television Production will distribute internationally.
