Channel 4 preps four-part Boris Johnson doc

NEWS BRIEF: UK commercial pubcaster Channel 4 has commissioned a four-part documentary series on departing prime minister Boris Johnson from David Glover’s local indie 72 Films.

Boris (working title) aims to be the definitive documentary series revealing the events that shaped the man and his character, his meteoric rise to power and the events of his short premiership. The 4×60’ series was commissioned by head of factual entertainment Alf Lawrie and commissioning editor of factual entertainment Tim Hancock.
