Channel 4 heads down to The Lycett Arms on Friday nights

NEWS BRIEF: UK public service broadcaster Channel 4 has commissioned live entertainment format The Lycett Arms, presented by comedian Joe Lycett (Travel Man).

Produced by Bango Studios and My Options Were, the 6×60’ series sees Lycett become a pub landlord and open a licensed venue in East London for just one hour a week, with celebrity guests making appearances. Scheduled to air later this year in a 22.00 Friday slot, The Lycett Arms was greenlit by Tom Beck, head of live events and commissioning editor, entertainment and reality at Channel 4.
