Canal+ jumps for live-action kids’ comedy series High Hoops

High Hoops is produced by Can Can Productions for CBBC

Canal+ in France has acquired seasons one and two of live-action kids’ comedy series High Hoops, produced by Can Can Productions for CBBC in the UK.

Created by Sinéad Fagan, High Hoops (10×30′) follows a girl who joins the basketball team at her new school, while trying to make her way up the school pecking order. It is produced by Dominique Molloy, directed by Ian Curtis and exec produced by Rebecca Papworth.

High Hoops is distributed internationally by Paris-based Madgic Distribution (formerly APC Kids). Season one is soon to launch on KiKa in Germany and has already debuted in Canada and Australia on TVO and the ABC respectively.
