Canada’s Cineflix hires MarbleMedia alum Sam Schleifer as development producer

Cineflix in Canada has hired Sam Schleifer as a development producer at Cineflix Productions.

Toronto-based Schleifer is the founder of Canadian Television Industry Network which she launched in 2023 as a networking group for Canadian industry professionals.

She was previously a scripted development and production executive and coproducer at prodco MarbleMedia from 2019 until late 2023, when it was acquired by Blue Ant Media.

Beginning her TV career in 2008, Schleifer has also held roles at companies including CBS Television, Pico Productions and American Idol Productions. Before joining MarbleMedia, she was a producer on talkshow Speechless with Carly Fleischmann.
