Call Her Daddy podcast creator Alex Cooper goes Overboard for Love with Hulu series

US streaming service Hulu has commissioned a dating series from Alex Cooper, creator and host of popular podcast Call Her Daddy.

Overboard for Love (working title) follows a group of singles as they mix and mingle aboard a yacht, with romances and alliances forming until only one couple remains.

Cooper is an executive producer on the series, which comes from her company Unwell Networks.

Matt Kaplan and Mina Lefevre are also exec producing for Unwell Networks. Other producers on the project include Jeff Jenkins, Russell Jay-Staglik and Jason Ehrlich for Jeff Jenkins Productions and Ross Weintraub and Reinout Oerlemans for 3BMG.

Cooper said: “This project marks a major milestone for us, perfectly reflecting our vision of creating bold, unfiltered content that pushes boundaries. We’ve designed a truly unique dating show, and I can’t wait for viewers to see what Unwell is capable of.”
