NEWS BRIEF: Children’s distributor Cake has partnered with Australian producer Baby Octopus and New Zealand-based Toybox to sell their new tween animated adventure Sherwood internationally.

A YouTube Original, the 10×22’ series was created by Diana Manson and Megan Laughton and launched on YouTube Premium in eight languages. Set in a dystopian future in a London devastated by climate change, the show reimagines the legend of Robin Hood with a voice cast including Anya Chlotra (The Witcher) and Tyler Posey (TeenWolf).
