C5, Calman go on Seaside Holiday

NEWS BRIEF: ViacomCBS-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 has commissioned a five-part travel series fronted by Scottish comedian Susan Calman and produced by Banijay-owned IWC.

Susan Calman’s Big Seaside Holiday (working title, 5×60’) has been ordered by C5 factual commissioning editor Guy Davies and comes after the broadcaster’s previous series with the comedian, Susan Calman’s Grand Day Out. Stripped across five nights, the new show will follow Calman as she visits classic British holiday hotspots.
