C4 spins off Grand Designs into visual podcast

NEWS BRIEF: Channel 4’s property series Grand Designs is set to expand with Grand Designs: Deconstructed, a visual podcast launching on Spotify, Channel 4 Homes YouTube and More4 on October 1.

Hosted by broadcaster Greg James and Grand Designs host Kevin McCloud, each episode will premiere on More4 directly after the weekly broadcast of the brand-new Grand Designs series. Produced by Naked West, a Fremantle Label, the 7×30’ podcast commission was made by commissioning editor for factual entertainment Ian Dunkley. The exec producers will be John Comerford, John Lonsdale and Will Foster for Naked West.
