Brazil’s Record TV acquires Turkish drama Woman

NEWS BRIEF: Brazilian network Record TV has acquired its first Turkish drama, picking up Woman from Istanbul-based distributor Calinos Entertainment.

Produced for Fox Turkey by Medyapim and MF Yapim, the show stars Ozge Ozpirincci as a loving mother who uncovers the hidden truths of the past. The drama, adapted from the Japanese series of the same name from Nippon TV, will debut on Record next week under the title Força de Mulher.
