Bravo expands production team

Bravo Media in the US has brought in former Food Network exec Jeff Oliver and award-winning producer Lesley Farrell as VPs of current production.

Both will work in New York, reporting to Bravo’s senior VP of current production and original programming Shari Levine.

Farrell will be exec producer on The Millionaire Matchmaker and new series Extreme Guide to Parenting while Oliver will be exec producer on Fashion Queens and Game of Crowns.

Oliver was formerly a production exec at Food Network, where he worked on shows including Cupcake Wars and Food Network Star. Previously a freelance supervising producer in LA, he also worked with companies including Magical Elves, Bunim/Murray Productions, Ryan Seacrest Productions and World of Wonder.

Farrell was previously series producer and producer/director for African American Lives. Her other producing credits include HBO’s Sports on the Silver Screen and Journey of the African American Athlete.

Bravo Media is the in-house production shop of the NBCUniversal-owned and reality-heavy cable channel Bravo. Earlier this year, the company hired production execs Kathleen French and Todd Radnitz as VPs of current production.
