Boardroom changes at ER

Kids media firm Entertainment Rights is saying goodbye to its chief finance and operations director and has appointed two non-executive directors.

Elizabeth Gaines, chief finance and operations director, has resigned to take up a chief financial officer position with a company in the travel and leisure sector. ER is currently in the process of recruiting a replacement.

The company has also announced the appointment of Sir Robin Miller and Richard Brooke as non-executive directors, and Sir Robin as deputy chairman. Also, non-executive directors Julian Paul and Irvin Fishman have resigned, with effect from October 31, 2008.
