Blue Ant stocks US schedules

Scripps and A+E Networks in the US have acquired a raft of factual content from the distribution arm of Canadian broadcaster Blue Ant Media.

Scripps has added Rebel Without a Kitchen (26×30’) to its Cooking Channel line-up and a season of Lake Guys (previously known as Brojects) for GAC.

The former follows Matt Basile and his roving food truck and originally aired on Canada’s Cooking Channel. Lake Guys is from Farmhouse Productions and stars a pair of quirky brothers as they make extreme additions to their family cottage.

Blue Ant International has also sold Cabin Truckers (13×30’) to A+E Networks for its FYI Network. Produced by Remedy Productions, the series focuses on the job of hauling large cabins across remote, picturesque locations.

The series all form part of Blue Ant International’s catalogue ahead of Mipcom in Cannes next month.
