BKN opens Spanish office

NEWS BRIEF: International animation producer/distributor BKN has opened a subsidiary in Barcelona and has appointed one of its executives to oversee the company’s activities in parts of Europe and Latin America.

Laura Tapias, previously VP sales and marketing for Spanish-, Portuguese- and Italian-speaking territories, becomes MD of BKN Kids New Media SL. The subsidiary will handle the company’s activities in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Latin America. BKN also has offices in the UK, US and Singapore.
