Immigration documentary series Beyond Borders

NEWS IN BRIEF: Belgian broadcaster VTM and Germany’s NTV have both acquired immigration documentary series Beyond Borders, which follows the work of US immigration frontline services as they deal with often upsetting cases of removal and deportation.

The 5×60′ series is made by US/Irish indie prodco Peninsula Television with Berlin-based Quintus Studios handling international distribution. It is also available on Quintus Studios’ Free Documentary channel in the US, UK, Australia, India, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia.
