Belgium’s Tivoli TV to adapt Armoza Formats’ music game show Song of my Life

Belgian indie prodco Tivoli TV is to develop a local version of Armoza Formats’ entertainment show Song of my Life.

ITV Studios-owned Israeli distributor Armoza Formats, which licenses the show internationally, did the deal with Tivoli which will pitch it to local broadcasters.

Additionally, a third season of the Lithuanian adaptation is to air on pubcaster LRT, while a fifth season of the original Finnish show has been commissioned by broadcaster YLE.

The format sees four celebrities bring their most meaningful song to the contest, but don’t reveal it to fellow guests. After a live performance of the tracks, the celebrities must try to identify who chose which tunes.

Last year, prodco Yellow Film & TV produced a special free-of-charge version of the show in Finland for Ukrainian broadcaster 1+1, to offer support to the wartorn nation.
