Beach House Pictures appoints Benjamin Lee as head of commercial and marketing

Singapore-based Beach House Pictures, part of Fremantle, has appointed Benjamin Lee as head of commercial and marketing.

In the newly created role, Lee will focus on establishing partnerships with creative agencies, co-pitching with government agencies on large-scale projects and developing revenue streams for the group’s services. He will also provide strategic direction for communications consultancy services, helping clients build campaign briefs.

Lee has over two decades of experience as a content creator and strategic communications expert. He previously served as director for creative and content strategy at creative agency DSTNCT and as head of content strategy at Tribal Worldwide Singapore, where he worked with brands including McDonald’s, DBS bank and Volkswagen.

Lee’s experience spans multiple sectors including finance, automotive, hospitality, fast-moving consumer goods, and public and government communications.

Beach House said Lee’s appointment is part of its commitment to grow its branded content and commercial partnerships division across Asia and global markets.

Beach House’s portfolio includes unscripted show Mind Your Manners and scripted series Mr Midnight for Netflix, as well as true crime docs Ice Cold: Murder, Coffee & Jessica Wongso and The Raincoat Killer.
