BBCWW, Lookout prep Collection launch

BBCWW and Lookout Point drama The Collection

BBC Worldwide (BBCWW) will launch Anglo-French drama coproduction The Collection at MipTV in Cannes next month.

The eight-part series looks at the politics and relationships behind the scenes at a Paris fashion house during the Second World War and was written by showrunner Oliver Goldstick.

Amazon Prime in the UK and France Télévisions are on board with Lookout Point, Artis Pictures Production, Federation Entertainment and MFP all coproducing with BBCWW.

Stars of the series Tom Riley (Kill Your Friends), Mamie Gummer (The Good Wife) and Irene Jacob (Three Colours Red) will all be at MipTV to attend the global launch dinner and screening.

At Mipcom in October, BBCWW and Lookout Point launched BBC drama War and Peace to the international market.
