BBC teams with Mindhouse for Girlbands Forever

NEWS BRIEF: BBC Two and iPlayer are again teaming with Louis Theroux’s Mindhouse Productions for a music-themed documentary series, Girlbands Forever, a follow up to last year’s Boybands Forever.

This 3×60’ docseries will explore the inside story of girlband fever throughout the 90s and beyond and is set to air later this year. From the BAFTA winning executive producers Louis Theroux and Nancy Strang of Mindhouse Productions (Louis Theroux Interviews, Lockerbie, Gods of Tennis), Girlbands Forever will feature in depth interviews with members of All Saints, Atomic Kitten, Eternal, Little Mix, Mis-Teeq and Sugababes as well as leading industry figures of the time.
