Battsek confirmed in Nat Geo Films job

NEWS BRIEF: Daniel Battsek has been confirmed as Adam Leipzig’s successor at National Geographic Films, and will start as president of the production company on March 15.

Speculation had been rife that Battsek, former president of Miramax, would land the role, after Leipzig announced this month he would be moving into a producing role after six years as president.
