Authentic makes trio of appointments

Sara Reddy

Endemol Shine North America-owned Authentic Entertainment has made three appointments, the first following Helga Eike’s arrival as president last year.

Sara Reddy becomes exec VP, current programming, Brian Pargac will now serve as VP, development and Adriana Garcia has been named director, development for Authentic, which is behind Trading Spaces for TLC in the US and Bravo’s Flipping Out.

Reddy most recently oversaw development for Authentic and has previously developed and produced shows including Toddlers & Tiaras, American Chopper and Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.

Helga Eike

Pargac was formerly the co-exec producer on Flipping Out and has been with Authentic for six years, while Garcia has produced FYI’s Waterfront House Hunting and TLC’s My First Home, most recently working on a branded and digital department within Authentic Entertainment.

“Authentic has always been a place that cultivates and promotes home-grown talent,” says Eike, who replaced Authentic’s co-founder Lauren Lexton last year. “Sara, Brian, and Adriana have all put in the hours and proven themselves tremendously gifted as storytellers and executives.”
