Autentic and Terra Mater Studios extend distribution partnership

MIPCOM: German distributor Autentic and Vienna-based Terra Mater Studios have extended their global distribution partnership agreement at Mipcom.

Since joining forces, the two companies have combined their expertise to deliver blue-chip wildlife productions to audiences worldwide.

Beyond simple distribution, the companies have launched the wildlife and nature FAST channel Terra Mater Wild, which recently expanded into the English-speaking markets.

As part of its new Mipcom catalogue, Autentic Distribution is presenting 11 new hours of blue-chip wildlife programming from Terra Mater Studios.

The new titles include Penguin Baywatch (2×52’), following charismatic king penguins in their extreme environment; Riddle in the Wind (2×52’), uncovering how life on remote volcanic islands is shaped by human impact and American Amazon (2 x 52’), exploring North America’s last great swamp wilderness.

The slate also includes Shells – Within a Sheltered Spiral (1×52’), diving into the world of seashells; and Same Same – But Different (1×52’), revealing evolutionary kinships and creatures that seem alike but are worlds apart.

Also featured are Oslo – The Wild Heart of Norway (1×52’) and Doñana – Spain’s Garden of Eden (2×52’), celebrating the beauty and resilience of Europe’s wildlife.
