Asian nets greet Care Bears

Care Bears will air in Thailand, the Philippines, India and Singapore

Broadcasters across Asia have acquired animated series based on American Greetings Entertainment’s children’s property Care Bears.

Thai Public Broadcasting, ABS-CBN in the Philippines, Sun TV India and MediaCorp Singapore will air the Care Bears content following a deal with distributor Bomanbridge Media.

The series included in the deal are Care Bears Welcome to Care A Lot, Care Bears Journey to Joke A Lot and American Greetings’ coproduction with Netflix, Care Bears and Cousins.

Singapore-based Bomanbridge represents Care Bears in Asia on behalf of American Greetings Entertainment, the IP arm of US card manufacturer American Greetings.
