The rebooted version of Danger Mouse

The rebooted version of Danger Mouse reached UK screens in 2015

MIPCOM: Broadcasters in Asia have acquired children’s series such as Danger Mouse, Kate & Mim-Mim and Tree Fu Tom from FremantleMedia Kids & Family (FMK).

Disney Korea, Disney Asia and Nickelodeon India have acquired Danger Mouse, the animated series about a secret agent on a mission to save the world.

The show, part of FMK’s five-year coproduction partnership with BBC Children’s, returned to UK screens on CBBC after a 23-year absence in 2015.

Elsewhere, Disney Japan, CJTooniverse Korea and Sun TV India have acquired preschool animated series Kate & Mim-Mim, which airs on CBeebies in the UK.

Meanwhile, episodes of Tree Fu Tom will launch on Disney Korea and on Sun TV India following a deal with Henry Or, FMK’s Hong Kong-based senior VP, Asia.
