APT acquires The Healing from Escapade Media

Traumatised ex-racehorses and veterans are brought together in Th e Healing

NEWS BRIEF: American Public Television (APT) has acquired a documentary about a life-saving equine welfare initiative that brings traumatised ex-racehorses and traumatised veterans together to help heal each other.

The Healing (1×53′) will premiere on APT in November following a deal with Sydney-based development and distribution company Escapade Media. Dan Soles, senior VP of progamming at APT said: “Viewers in the US will be inspired by the remarkable story of mutual recovery and care for horses and veterans.”
