Amazon’s Prime Video orders Polish version of Good Luck Guys format

Good Luck Guys: It is Not a Holiday is fronted by Daniel Kuczaj

Amazon streaming service Prime Video has commissioned a Polish version of Banijay format Good Luck Guys.

Poland’s adaptation, titled Good Luck Guys: It is Not a Holiday, is the eighth international version of the format, which is distributed by Banijay Entertainment. It will premiere on Prime Video on September 27.

Banijay-owned EndemolShine Poland is the production company behind the eight-part series. The first three episodes will be available at launch, followed by three new episodes the following week and the final two episodes the week after that.

Under the supervision of host and fitness guru Daniel Kuczaj, 12 Polish influencers travel to Malaysia to face the ultimate test: surviving on a deserted beach on the other side of the world. Completely out of their comfort zone, these personalities, usually accustomed to a life of luxury, have to compete against each other in pairs not only to survive but also to win a cash prize for charity.

Good Luck Guys was originally created by Banijay Productions France, airing for six seasons on W9.
