Amazon gears up for third season of live music series Amazon Music Live

Amazon Music Live will livestream a concert from US singer and rapper Jelly Roll on October 17

Amazon is gearing up to stream another season of weekly live music series Amazon Music Live (AML) exclusively on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.

Season three of AML will begin on October 17 with a livestreamed concert from US singer and rapper Jelly Roll. Additional performers will be announced in the coming weeks.

A livestreamed concert from LA will air each week after Thursday Night Football on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch and conclude with a season finale after Black Friday Football on November 29.

AML began in 2022 and has featured chart-topping artists such as A$AP Rocky, Ed Sheeran, Garth Brooks and Feid.

Viewership for season two of AML more than tripled compared to the series’ first season, according to Amazon.

“When we first conceived of Amazon Music Live three years ago, we wanted to make Thursday night an event. For music fans, Thursday nights are the first moment to hear new music from their favourite artists, and for football fans, it’s the kickoff to another week of drama and suspense,” said Kirdis Postelle, global head of content for Amazon Music.
